About The Slot Academy Training

The Slot Academy training is based on the principles of Total Quality Management (TQM). After these principles have been introduced, courses typically focus on the technical processes of slot machine operations, beginning with an analysis of different profiles of casino clientele to identify what motivates people to visit casinos as well as the expectations of the different types of casino visitors.

Building on TQM principles and clientele analysis, course components may include the creation of a quick gaming operation feasibility study to examine expenses and estimate income, analysis of whether and how to open or grow a gaming operation, licensing concerns, and the development of company goals, mission statement, marketing strategies and other key issues.
